This summers hot colour blocking trend is not over yet. Colourful denim is back with a bang. They’ve recently been seen on many celebrities from younger ones such as Kim Kardshian and Fergie, to older ones such as Jada Pinkett Smith and Victoria Beckham. There are many different ways you can rock coloured denim, try it with a plain white T-shirt, or be daring and pair it with another bold colour for an extreme colour blocking look.

I know these are pretty old images but i started wearing coloured denim in the Winter. I have many more pictures but Sumaiya currently has my camera so i'm working with what i've got. Also excuse the quality of the images, my camera was in for repair at that time of my life. Lol bad times.

 Coloured denim is BACK. From pretty pastels to super brights. A pop of colour can bring a new meaning to a simple pair of jeans and liven up a boring outfit. Go on. Brave those brights.

I actually own a pair of red jeans from river island (Not these exact ones...and they are currently living in Sumaiya's wardrobe lol) and i wore them with a black & white top.  For a rock & roll look. Yes you have to be brave to wear red jeans. But follow our motto "life's too short to blend in"

D&G Fall/Winter 2011

                               Hey beautiful ladies. Todays post is based on D&G's Fall/Winter collection. I actually saw a few tops on the high street that were inspired by this collection so i thought to do a post on it.

 The A-Z Of the collection! .

Got to love the exuberance of this collection, from the black and white looks to the confection pretty colors. Fun to wear and to look at. The clothes matched the soundtrack in every way. FUNKY and Never boring. Done in bright neons and stamped with rows of random letters that looked like an ethnic print from far, it was every colour fanatics's dream. The rainbow colored necklaces were also jumbled alphabets, and everything was paired with the wedge trainers.

Don't worry here at Its a Girl thing we've found these items for a fraction of the price. You can thank us for it later.

Inspired Looks: 1960's Bouffant With A Pony Tail

Okay so this style is super super easy and worn by many celebs it is probably the most comfiest hair do  and always stays in place providing you use a good hair spray!!!We can wear this hair from 7am to 12am and it will EXACTLY the same!!!

It is super glamorous can be worn casually or dressed up!!It consists of lots of volume and a bouffant on the crown,check out the celebs totally ROCKIN the look:

A tidy trick is to get a strand of the hair and wrap it around the bobble you used to tie the pony with,and grip pin it down,easy little tick but makes the final result alot more slick!

If you ever run into me on a River Island Sale day i will probably be drowning in clothes and bags. Sometimes someone asks me where is your entire outfit from and expect loads of different stores and i'm like River Island top to toe. hahaha Me & Sumaiya are actually hooked on River Island, we walk into River Island on the day of a wardrobe crisis and walk out with an entire outfit and a smile!

Cheryl Cole is always on trend whether it is with clothes or her hair - she sported this hair-raising bouffant for her first lot of US X Factor auditions. 

Beyoncé's take on the trend is super chic. 

Sarah Jessica Parker is sure to be on trend with the look. We love this look on this style icon.
